Help bring clio back

CLIO was never just a massage practice.

CLIO Therapeutics was built around a simple idea:

Massage therapy should be professional, informed, intentional, and genuinely therapeutic.

From the beginning, I wanted CLIO to be a place where people could come in, exhale, learn about their bodies, receive thoughtful care, and feel genuinely heard.

My practice focused on therapeutic massage, wellness, client education, informed consent, and creating an environment where people felt comfortable asking questions and advocating for their own bodies.

Over time, CLIO became something much bigger than I originally imagined. It became a community of clients who trusted me with their care, their stories, their weird little aches and pains, and sometimes just an hour of peace in an otherwise insane week.

And I loved that.

Then, CLIO had to take a pause.

Leaving our previous location meant putting the practice on hold while I figured out what came next.

It wasn't an easy decision, but it gave me something I didn't have when I first opened CLIO:

time to rethink everything.

The space.
The client experience.
The services.
The education behind the practice.
The business itself.
And what I ultimately want CLIO to contribute to the community.

I don't want to simply recreate what I had before.

I want to build the version of CLIO I always knew it could become.

So I'm rebuilding.

Reopening a business from the ground up comes with a lot of very unglamorous expenses 😂 — space, insurance, supplies, technology, marketing, construction, and all of the little things nobody thinks about until they're suddenly responsible for them.

That's where this community comes in.

If you were a CLIO client, supported my work in the past, believe in what I'm building, or simply want to see a small local wellness practice come back to life, there are a few ways you can help.

Book with CLIO

When appointments reopen, you'll be able to book directly through the website. Join the mailing list to be the first to know when the doors open again.

Support my art

Alongside rebuilding CLIO, I'm continuing my work as an artist. I'll be releasing original artwork, prints, ceramics, handmade pieces, and other little creations.

Every purchase helps fund the next chapter of CLIO.

Contribute directly

If you'd like to make a contribution toward reopening CLIO, you can do that here.

Your contribution will help with the practical costs of rebuilding the practice and getting the doors open again—from equipment and supplies to the infrastructure needed to create a professional, welcoming space.

There is absolutely no pressure to contribute. If you've ever supported CLIO in any way, you've already been part of this story.

Spread the word

This one is free. ❤️

Follow along. Join the mailing list. Tell a friend. Share the website. Send someone my way when they're looking for a massage therapist.

Sometimes one person mentioning your name to the right person is worth more than a hundred ads.

What you're helping bring back

I'm not interested in reopening just for the sake of having a sign on a door again.

I'm rebuilding CLIO to be a thoughtful, professional, education-driven massage and wellness practice—one that values quality care, informed clients, ethical practice, and the simple idea that people deserve to understand and feel comfortable in their own bodies.

And eventually, I want CLIO to grow beyond the treatment room.

More education.
More community.
More creative work.
More opportunities to collaborate.
More ways to make wellness feel approachable instead of intimidating.

That's the CLIO I'm working toward.

This doesn’t feel like starting from scratch.

This is an opportunity to start from experience.

Everything I've learned building CLIO the first time is coming with me into the next chapter… the good, the difficult, the mistakes, the lessons, and especially the people who made it worthwhile.

If you want to be part of bringing CLIO back, welcome.

I'm really glad you're here. 🖤
